Rachel Barrett & Company LLC offers semester-long internships to college students interested in politics, communications or fundraising.
 

We tailor tasks to fit the interests of our interns. Generally, interns will be asked to assist with fundraising, research, drafting, or editing campaign materials, preparing for client fundraising events, and staffing political events. Through these projects, interns gain an understanding of campaign finance rules, strengthen research and writing skills, and work with politicians and professionals.  
 

We ask that our interns arrange at least nine hours of work per week. To receive course credit, interns need to pace their hours to reach the minimum that their university requires. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the intern to arrange credit for their time with their university.
